All guests must present a valid Passport (for non-EU citizens) or a National ID/Driver’s License (for EU citizens) to complete the check-in process.
Guests must also show a debit or credit card under their own name upon arrival.

Guests aged 8 to 17 are allowed only if accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian.

They cannot share rooms with guests outside their own party.

Children under 8 years old cannot be accommodated, even in private rooms.

Groups considerations: For groups of 4 guests or more, a security deposit of €30 per person in one card transaction only is required. For groups between 4 and 11 guests, the deposit is payable upon arrival, for groups of 12 guests or more, the deposit needs to be paid by card, and a payment link will be sent to your email address 2 months before

The check-in date, failing on the deposit payment may cause the cancellation of your reservation.
The deposit will be held until the check-out date; it will be non-refundable in case of a cancellation or a modification that reduces the original group size more than 50% within 1 month before the check-in date.

The deposit is refundable upon check-out if the hostel rules were followed and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that towel is not included in the rate (except for private rooms).

There is a €10 charge for each lost/damaged key. Please make sure to return all the keys by 11 AM upon your check-out. Please note that any special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location good, close to town. Pod beds with privacy, fans and charging ports. Clean bathrooms and showers. Breakfast was fine. Staff helpful. Very clean overall.
