The hotel was a beautifully maintained Victorian-era home with a charming, quiet location close to Stephen's Green shopping centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting with luggage and accommodating early room access after airport delays. Rooms were clean, well heated, and featured comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast offered great value with generous portions like the large omelette. The proximity to shopping centers made the stay very convenient.
