Diego at reception provided exceptional customer service, enhancing the stay with enjoyable nightcaps at the bar. The beds were notably comfortable, and the location offered convenient walking access to shops, pubs, restaurants, and parks. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well presented with excellent bed linen. Staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness throughout the visit. Breakfast was delicious and served by attentive staff members.
