Guests are asked not to bring hazardous or illegal items such as Nitrous gas into our hotels, however, where canisters are found left in a bedroom following your stay, a €100 fee will be charged to the lead bookers card for each canister so that they can be appropriately and safely disposed of.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other smoking devices.
Guests found smoking in the room will incur a cleaning fee, in addition to any charges for damage or odour removal.
If you have made an advance purchase booking, please be advised that you will receive a payment link to complete the purchase within 24 hours of making the booking.
Failure to make payment via the payment link sent to you will result in your booking being cancelled.
