Spacious apartment had two bedrooms with double beds, main bathroom and en-suite, a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a very well-equipped kitchen. The block was modern with excellent facilities including a gym, communal area, outside terrace for coffee, concierge from 10am to 2pm on weekdays, secure fob system on all doors except the apartment door, and an underground garage. Ian the host was very responsive and communication before arrival was good. Dalkey town center was only minutes away with restaurants, pubs and supermarket, Sandycove Beach, Forty Foot and Bulloch Harbour were within 15 minutes walk.
