A brilliant location and superb staff made the stay memorable. We found everyone on the staff to be very friendly and helpful, while the decor had a quirky character that we really liked. What stood out most was how the Reception staff asked what we needed from the room - a king bed, quiet, and a location near the lifts because of mobility issues - and they provided exactly that.
