Located in the heart of Dublin's Temple Bar, The Merchant House offers spacious suites just minutes from restaurants, theatres, bars, and historic landmarks near the Button Factory venue. This adults-only guest house combines historical charm with modern amenities in Dublin's Old Quarter.
Housed in a building originally constructed in 1720 and restored in 2005, each suite features soundproofed windows and a large bathroom equipped with a shower and underfloor heating. Guests enjoy luxury UK king-size beds along with additional sofa beds in some suites. Each room includes free Wi-Fi, an in-room coffee machine with complimentary capsules, flat-screen TVs with streaming services, DVD and Blu-ray players, as well as iPod docks.
The suites provide private entrances and have non-smoking and hypoallergenic options available. Additional comforts include extra-long beds over two meters long, non-feather pillows including hypoallergenic ones for sleeping areas, carpets on floors, wine glasses for use within rooms’ kitchenettes or minibars. Nice spot, good bathroom, clean and fresh. Towels soft. Water hot all the time. Bed comfy, slept well. Near main street, easy to walk around. Quiet at night even with busy area outside.
