Friendly and accommodating hosts lived above the room with basic push-across lock on the door, which affected privacy and security. The bed was comfortable but pillows needed improvement, and the room was too warm at night without a fridge for milk. The location was excellent, close to Dublin Convention Centre and 3 Arena, in a quiet community with easy access by bus that stopped right outside. A recommended list of restaurants, activities, and pubs from the owner was helpful, a great little pub was just around the corner.
