Please note our building doesn't have Reception 24h that's why Contactless Check in is required. We will be in touch with the guest soon enough to organize their check in. In that case the payments will be done before the guests arrive at the Property.

Please note that the total amount of guests must be entered in the reservation. Only declared guests will be able to check-in. Visitors are not allowed.

The card used at the time of booking as well as the cardholder, must be present at the time of check-in.

The number of guests attending must be stated in the reservation and for extra guests, there is a EUR 40 fee per person, per night. Children under 5 years old can stay for free.

When booking for 9 persons or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Please note that guests have to contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange check-in.

Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee:

Convenient location, close to bus stops and 15 min walk to city center. Clean apartment, well equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable, space enough for one. Near Spar store and deli next door. Laundry available after long trip. Quiet area, easy access to transport links.
