Great attention to detail was evident with chocolates, cold drinks, milk, and toiletries provided in the room. The location offered easy access to public transport, including a direct bus line to the airport and proximity to West Pier Business Campus. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with comfortable twin beds and good showers. Shared kitchen facilities included complimentary items and a mini fridge in some rooms. On-street parking permits were available at a low daily cost near the accommodation.
