The hotel was very modern and fresh, featuring excellent soundproofing and well-planned rooms with space for luggage, a fridge, and a safe. The location was quiet yet close to St Patrick's Cathedral and city shops. Room controls were managed via an iPad, allowing adjustment of lights, temperature, blinds, and cleaning requests. Staff were visible, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues. The hotel included unique touches like morning and evening shower gels labeled CitizenAM and CitizenPM.
